We clean the fish from scales, remove all the innards, and thoroughly rinse it. Cut into pieces. Wash the herbs and finely chop them. Mix with squeezed lemon juice. Pour the fish with lemon juice and herbs, add salt, and let it marinate for 20 minutes.

While our fish is marinating, let's prepare the vegetables. Peel the onion, zucchini, and carrots, then rinse them under water. Take the broccoli out of the freezer and thaw it at room temperature. Finely chop the onion. Grate the carrots into thin strips. Place the onion, carrots, and broccoli into the greased multicooker pot.

Grate the zucchini into strips. Add to the bowl with the vegetables.
