Beef hash with potatoes

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Beef hashlama with potatoes is a very tasty and hearty dish. Yes, it must be admitted that this version of hashlama has little in common with the authentic dish, but that doesn't mean it's less delicious. For authentic hashlama, as with any other dish of Caucasian cuisine, a huge amount of ingredients is required, since they always cook in large portions. Secondly, you need a large cast-iron cauldron, which, unfortunately, I don't have. However, the cooking principle and sequence are preserved, although with some modernization. Instead of water, we add a glass of beer to speed up the beef cooking process. Overall, you can use not only beer but also, for example, white wine. Good luck! It can be served with tea or coffee.
