
Lamb Hashlama
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. We'll make lamb hashlama at home. Lamb meat is sliced and stewed in a cauldron with vegetables. Ingredients should be layered— the more layers, the better. Unfortunately, I only managed to get one layer, but it didn't spoil the overall impression! By the way, hashlama is eaten with spoons. Slice the onion into rings or half-rings and place them at the bottom of the cauldron.

On top, place the pepper cut into strips.

Cut the tomatoes into slices and place them on the peppers.

Cut the lamb into medium pieces and place them in an even layer on top. Season with pepper and salt.

Place another layer of the remaining vegetables on top of the lamb. Cover the cauldron tightly with a lid and simmer over low heat for approximately 2-3 hours.
