Description

Khanteika is a dish of the northern peoples, where many fish species inhabit rivers and lakes. This dish uses fish with minimal bones: muksun, sterlet, chum salmon, nelma—specifically fillets. In regions where such premium, expensive fish is hard to obtain, pike-perch works well. A very tasty and simple dish.
