It's convenient to lay out all the ingredients on the table right away.
- 2
Step 2

Place the sunflower seeds in the blender bowl.
- 3
Step 3

Run the device for 3-4 minutes. The grinding degree should be as high as possible, but, of course, it is unlikely to pulverize completely.
- 4
Step 4

Place all the flour on a dry skillet and toast over medium heat, stirring with a spatula, until it turns a light cream color.
- 5
Step 5

Add the crushed sunflower seeds to the flour and fry them together for about 3-4 minutes, stirring the mixture with a spatula.
- 6
Step 6

Pour sunflower oil into this mixture.
- 7
Step 7

Mix everything until the ingredients are fully combined.
- 8
Step 8

Put all the sugar into a saucepan and pour water over it. Cook the sugar syrup until it comes to a boil, stirring with a spoon.
- 9
Step 9

Transfer the mixture from the skillet into a large bowl and pour the sugar syrup into it as well. Mix thoroughly until you get a fairly dense mass.
- 10
Step 10

Line the pan for the future halva with plastic wrap and transfer the entire sunflower mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing it with damp hands. Place the filled pan in the refrigerator overnight.
- 11
Step 11

Cut the ready-made halva into pieces of arbitrary size and serve.
