But the basic principle of making honey halva is always the same, and it's much simpler than you might imagine. So how do you make honey halva? Very easily—this recipe will tell you how.     You can scald the almonds and remove the skins, then dry them. You may skip scalding, but drying is mandatory!

    Grind half of the almonds into a flour-like consistency, and the remaining nuts can be coarsely chopped. Then start adding honey. Depending on how thick or runny the honey is, you'll need different amounts. The halva mixture should end up thick.
