Description

Halyuzhi are made both for holidays and for a family breakfast or dinner. The juicy filling and the thin, crispy dough will not leave you indifferent. I suggest making halyuzhi and treating your loved ones to this tasty and aromatic homemade pastry. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.

    Prepare all the ingredients.

    Add sour cream and salt to hot water. Stir.

    In a deep bowl, add the flour and pour in the hot mixture.

    Mix everything with a spoon, then knead with your hands into a soft, slightly sticky dough. Gather the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 30–40 minutes.
