Cheese and egg khachapuri
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. The most famous version is probably the boat-shaped khachapuri. Indeed, they look the most appealing. Unlike Imeretian khachapuri, they are not flat at all. These are called Adjarian khachapuri. The dough is yeast-based. Dissolve yeast in milk and let it sit. Then add it to the flour along with matsoni and knead the dough. Set the dough aside to rise. For preparing khachapuri with egg and cheese, use Adyghe cheese and feta, or just Adyghe cheese, but make sure to salt it well. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Step 5

Then take them out and pour one egg into each boat. Put them back in the oven for another 2-3 minutes. The yolk should remain runny! Remove from the oven, add a piece of butter before serving. These are the amazing cheese and egg khachapuri we've got. )
