Cheese-filled khachapuri with suluguni cooked in a pan

Description

Delicious baked treat for the whole family. Khachapuri with suluguni resemble Megrelian khachapuri. By the way, you can make them not only with suluguni but also with feta cheese. However, feta is saltier, while suluguni is more tender. That's why I prefer suluguni. To cook khachapuri with suluguni on a skillet, use a cast-iron pan—it's simply perfect for this purpose. Serve with tea or coffee.
