Khachapuri with chicken
Description
The dough for khachapuri can be made not only with water but also with milk, optionally adding butter and an egg. However, in my opinion, working with a richer dough is more difficult. My dough recipe is one of the simplest and cheapest, and the result is always excellent. You can add aromatic herbs or other spices to the filling to taste. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
