Georgian-style khachapuri with cheese
Description
The recipe won't take much time. It's best to use several different types of cheese in the filling, along with cottage cheese—this combination yields the perfect result. The egg is cracked in at the very last moment, which is also a special touch for these open-style khachapuri. The process itself isn't complicated at all, yet the result is pure magic. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
