Description

1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough and knead the dough. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and set aside in a warm place for about 30 minutes.

2. Grate the suluguni on a grater, add feta cheese. Mix well. Set aside a small amount of the cheese mixture.

3. Add the grated boiled eggs and garlic, mix well.

4. Divide the dough into 4 parts. Roll each part into an oval. Along the longer side, place a little of the reserved cheese.

8. Let it rest for about 10 minutes. Brush the khachapuri with milk or egg yolk. Bake in a preheated oven at 230 degrees for about 20 minutes. Then, carefully crack an egg into the indentation and return to the oven.
