
Khachapuri with sour cream
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. Try making khachapuri with sour cream using this recipe. Delicious, quick, and very simple! For the filling, I use two types of cheese, but you can make the flatbreads with any filling. Khachapuri is an excellent option for a hearty breakfast, a filling snack during the day, or simply as an addition to dinner for the whole family. Give it a try. The baked goods are ready. Prepare all the ingredients.

Pour the flour into a deep bowl. Add the egg white, vegetable oil, salt, sour cream, and baking soda.

Knead a soft dough, shape it into a ball, cover it with a towel, and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Grate the cheese, add the egg yolk, 2 tsp of softened butter, and mix everything together. If the cheese is not very salty, you can add a little salt.

Divide the dough into 5 parts.

Coat the pieces in flour and roll them out one by one into a round shape. Place the filling in the center.
