Khachapuri on kefir

60 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Homemade pastries for tea. There are indeed many recipes for khachapuri. The dough for them is most often made layered or yeast-based. You can also experiment with kefir. For making khachapuri with kefir, you can use not only brined cheese and suluguni (although these are the most common types), but also feta and mozzarella. For hard cheese, you can use Russian cheese or Parmesan—just make sure it's hard. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.
