Description

It goes perfectly with tea and coffee. Lazy khachapuri make a wonderful option for breakfast or a snack. You can use several kinds of cheese for the khachapuri, so the flavour will be richer. If you don’t like dill, use any other fresh herbs. Khachapuri is best eaten warm, while the cheese still stretches. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

    Prepare all the ingredients you need to make lazy khachapuri.

    Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, add the sour cream, and crack in an egg. Season everything with salt and pepper.
