Description

The recipe will not take much time. Phyllo dough thaws best on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator, so less condensation forms inside the package. After you take the sheets of dough out of the package, cover them with a damp towel, because they are very thin and dry out quickly. You can make this kind of khachapuri in the shape of a small envelope. The baking is done. Serve at the table.
