Khachapuri made from puff pastry with cheese and cottage cheese
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. For the filling I used Suluguni cheese, but I think you can experiment with absolutely any cheese. I used unleavened puff pastry; you can also use yeasted puff pastry. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients right away. If your dough is frozen, thaw it in advance.

Step 3

Mix everything with a fork until you have a homogeneous mixture.
- 4
Step 4

Cut the ready-made puff pastry into equal squares.
