Khachapuri made with yeast-free puff pastry

    To prepare khachapuri using non-yeast puff pastry, take a sheet of puff pastry. Let it thaw at room temperature. Dust the table with flour and roll out the sheet into a flat layer. Use flour to prevent the rolling pin from sticking to the dough.

    Divide the dough into several parts, cutting it into equal squares or rectangles.

    Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater. As a filling for khachapuri, you can use a familiar hard cheese like Russian cheese. Alternatively, you can use Adyghe or Suluguni cheese.
