Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. I described it. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Step 1

Beat the egg with water and salt using a whisk.

Sift 1/3 of the flour. Add the egg mixture to it.

Add flour in portions and knead an elastic dough. Knead well for 5 minutes, then set aside.

For the filling, grate two types of cheese on a grater.

Divide the dough into 8 equal parts, and make the 9th one larger.

Roll out a large piece of dough very thinly. Place it into a heatproof dish. Brush the layer with melted butter.

Roll out the remaining dough thinly as well. Leave only 1 sheet aside, and boil the rest for 20 seconds in boiling water, making sure they don't stick together.

Then rinse the dough under running water through a colander.

Dry the layers from water.

Place one layer onto the base in the pan. Brush it with butter and cover with 1/3 of the cheese.

Then add 2 more layers of sheets, butter, and cheese.

Place the remaining sheets, greasing them with oil. On top, place the uncooked dough.
