Dissolve vanilla sugar in hot milk and warm for 1 minute over low heat.

Break the chocolate into pieces, add to milk. Pour 250 ml of hot water into the mixture.

Add honey, sugar, rum, and spices. Bring almost to a boil, but do not boil. Serve very hot.
