Gutap
Description
Delicious pastry for the whole family. "Gutap" is a tasty flatbread similar in flavor to a cheburek, but it is most often filled with herbs or cheese. While chebureks typically use a scalded dough, Gutap pastry is made with dough prepared using boiling water, which is essentially quite similar in concept.
