Pour refined sunflower oil into a tall glass or jar and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Then take it out of the freezer and add half a teaspoon of salt, or slightly less to your taste.

Pour in 6% vinegar or lemon juice.

Wash the egg thoroughly with soda or soap, dry it with a paper towel, and break it into a glass with sunflower oil, salt, and sugar.

Submerge the blender into the glass and cover the egg with it. Start blending the mixture. After a few seconds, the mayonnaise will begin to thicken and fill the glass. Now, continue blending by moving the blender up and down for several more seconds. Then turn off the blender.
