Goose with apples
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I recommend seasoning the poultry in advance—leave it overnight in the refrigerator before baking. Also, you can always use a marinade to your taste. Adding prunes to the stuffing gives the dish a special tanginess, so I advise trying this version. Serve hot.

5. Cover the baking tray with foil and place the goose in a preheated oven at 200°C. After about half an hour, reduce the temperature to 180°C. Roast the goose for at least 3 hours. During the last half hour, remove the foil to let it brown.
