Goose in a pan
Description
Goose cooked in a skillet is very simple to prepare. In my opinion, a skillet alone is not enough—this meat definitely needs to go into the oven as well, which makes it juicier and more flavorful. I really like this meat for its ease of cooking. Marinating the goose isn't necessary; it's enough to properly sear it in a skillet and then choose a tasty sauce (usually a mustard sauce or some sweet-and-sour variety). Try making it and share your feedback. Good luck and
