Gupta
Description
To prepare this dish, lamb with tail fat is traditionally used, making it quite filling and high in calories. I've slightly modified the recipe and suggest making guppa from beef instead. My version is less caloric but just as incredibly delicious and aromatic! This soup is perfect after holidays or at the end of a hard working day—it really revives you, giving energy and strength! The original recipe calls for spices such as cinnamon, ground cloves, pepper, dried tarragon, savory, and bay leaf, but I used only a beef spice blend and a pinch of cumin. You can add any spices to the meat mixture according to your taste.
