
Soy goulash with tomatoes
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Soak the soy meat, fry it, then stew with vegetables. Serve the ready soy goulash with tomatoes with mashed potatoes. Optionally, garnish with herbs and pepper. Serve hot.

Soak the soy meat in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain the water and lightly squeeze the meat to remove excess moisture.

Slightly sear the meat in the multicooker until a golden crust forms, using the "Sauté" setting. Do not close the multicooker lid.

Peel the carrots and onion, dice them, add to the meat together with paprika, and sauté slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the tomatoes, lightly press them with a fork, and add to the meat together with the released juice. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add water to the goulash so that it completely covers the meat. Set the multicooker to the "Stewing" mode and stew for about 30 minutes.
