Georgian-style goulash
Description
The dish is easy to prepare without unnecessary complications. This goulash is traditionally served with rice, but I think it's perfect with any side dish. It's not labor-intensive, yet turns out deliciously refined. You'll be proud to serve it to guests! Be sure to give it a try! You can use any meat, but beef or pork work best. The broth can be replaced with water, if desired. Serve the finished dish immediately.
