Beef veal goulash in a multicooker
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Like many other home cooks, I make goulash quite often, and I have my own special recipe for it. Of course, it's quite different from the original, but my whole family is delighted with it. Now I've decided to share this simple recipe for veal goulash in a multicooker, as it could be very useful for many. I don't add potatoes or carrots to the goulash because I prefer to prepare them separately. Instead, I always put a little prunes into the bowl. They perfectly complement the meat's flavor, making it much brighter and richer, so my homemade veal goulash in a multicooker turns out absolutely delicious every time. The ready dish can be served at the table.
Instructions

First, we rinse the veal and dry it thoroughly, then slice the meat into thin pieces.

Step 3

Next, the veal pieces should be coated on all sides with the prepared mixture.

Step 4

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and sear the veal until a golden brown crust forms, then transfer the meat to the multicooker bowl.

Add the chopped onion and washed prunes to the meat, along with the spices.

After that, pour water or broth into the multicooker bowl so that the liquid completely covers the meat.

When the dish is ready, the multicooker will beep, so we serve the fragrant goulash onto plates and bring it to the table. Enjoy your meal!
