Description

The recipe won't take much time. The chanterelles in the goulash turn out excellent—juicy, tender, and very aromatic. The vegetables and sour cream give them their wonderful flavor. Serve hot with mashed potatoes as a side dish, along with the sauce.

    1. Preparing chanterelle goulash at home is very easy. This dish can be made with any mushrooms of your choice.

    2. Before sending the mushrooms to the frying pan, they need to be boiled in slightly salted water. They should be cooked for no more than an hour over medium heat.

    3. Then add the chanterelles to the pan and sauté them in vegetable oil. Add the onion halfway through frying.

    4. Add the carrots and bell pepper. Sauté the mushrooms, stirring constantly. Add salt and spices to taste.

    5. The final step is adding sour cream. Add 100 grams, mix well, and simmer over low heat. After 10 minutes, pour in half a cup of water and continue simmering for another 15 minutes.
