Description

This recipe won't take much time. This wonderful dish, which originated in Hungary, now has many variations, and I'd like to share one of them with you. In this turkey goulash recipe for a multicooker with photos, you'll learn how to easily and quickly prepare a delicious meal that, if you don't add too many spices, is suitable even for children. We'll use turkey meat, which is dietary and has many beneficial properties, so this goulash is not only tasty but also healthy. How you choose to serve it is up to you—you can pair it with your favorite side dish or enjoy it on its own. Either way, with this simple turkey goulash recipe for a multicooker, a delicious lunch or dinner is guaranteed. 1) Rinse the turkey meat under cold water, dry it with paper towels, and cut into small pieces. 2) Select the "Baking" mode on the multicooker, pour vegetable oil into the bowl, and sauté the onion, sliced into half-rings, until soft. Then add the turkey and cook together for another 10 minutes. Add flour, stir well, and continue sautéing until golden brown. 3) In a bowl, mix sour cream, tomato paste, and water. Switch the multicooker to "Stewing" mode for 1.5 hours, then pour the prepared mixture into the bowl. Season with salt, spices, and add bay leaf. Close the lid and go about your business. When the goulash is ready, open the multicooker, transfer it to plates, and sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs. Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
