
Turkey goulash with sauce
Description
The recipe won't take much time. In goulash, the meat is stewed in a sauce, which serves as the gravy. For a delicious gravy, the ingredients must be of excellent quality. Serve hot.

Prepare the ingredients.

Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan and brown the diced turkey until lightly seared.

Add the onion and continue frying until the onion turns golden.

Add flour to the saucepan and fry, stirring, until lightly browned.
