Turkey goulash with potatoes

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Peel the potatoes and boil until tender, then mash them into purée. Cut the meat into pieces and fry in oil until golden brown, then add the vegetables and spices, and simmer. To serve, place the mashed potatoes on a plate and top with turkey goulash. Serve hot. Enjoy!

    First, start boiling the potatoes. To do this, peel them. Cut each potato into 4 pieces. Place in a pot. Add water. Bring to a boil. Add salt to the boiling potatoes and cook until done.
