
Beef goulash in a multicooker

The recipe won't take much time. I'm happy to share with you a simple recipe for beef goulash in a multicooker. This was one of the first dishes I learned to cook in a multicooker. I succeeded on my first try—and I wish you the same :) The dish turns out juicy, aromatic, and very delicious. I'll tell you how. Serve hot.

1. Wash the meat under running water. Cut into cubes. Turn on the "Sauté" mode, set the time for 30 minutes. Allow the oil to heat up, then sauté the meat on all sides for 20 minutes.

2. Peel the onion and remove the seeds from the pepper. Chop the vegetables into cubes. Add to the meat. Fry everything together.

3. Peel the carrots, grate on a coarse grater. Fry together with the meat and vegetables.

4. Prepare the sauce: mix water with sour cream, tomato paste, and flour. Whisk thoroughly using a whisk.

5. Pour the mixture over the meat and vegetables. Set the "Stewing" mode for 1.5 hours.

6. After the signal sounds, add the finely chopped herbs. Close the lid and let the dish simmer for another 15 minutes, allowing it to absorb the aromas.
