Beef goulash
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Goulash is a traditional Hungarian dish. It is a thick soup. It is cooked over an open flame, on the stove, or in the oven. This soup should be stewed more than boiled. Sear the beef, prepare the vegetables, put everything into a pot, and place it in the oven. The finished dish can be served at the table.
