
Lamb goulash in a multicooker
Description
Prepare lamb goulash in a multicooker. Chop all the vegetables and meat. Sauté onion and leek in the multicooker bowl, then add bell pepper and chili pepper, as well as tomatoes, and simmer briefly. Next, add crushed garlic, paprika, and tomato paste, and after a few minutes remove the sautéed mixture from the multicooker. Place the meat into the bowl and sear until browned. Add flour, then return the sautéed mixture. Pour in water and stew for three hours. Thirty minutes before completion, add herbs and bay leaf to the goulash.

Chop the onion and leek, then sauté in the multicooker bowl in vegetable oil.
