
Goulash without tomato

Some people don't like tomatoes or can't eat them for medical reasons. But that doesn't mean they have to give up goulash. You can prepare goulash without tomatoes—see for yourself! Peel and chop the vegetables. You can cut them any way you like: into cubes or strips. Fry the vegetables in heated vegetable oil for about 5–7 minutes.

And add it to the pan with the vegetables. The meat can also be fried separately from the vegetables.

Sauté the vegetables with the meat for about 7-8 minutes.

Pour a glass of water or broth over the meat with vegetables, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat. Simmer covered for about 40 minutes.

Let's prepare the sauce. In a deep plate, mix sour cream, half a cup of water or broth, spices, salt, and pepper.
