Goulash without flour
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Cooking goulash without flour according to the classic recipe is always a pleasure. The meat is fried and simmered quickly, any grain or pasta makes a good side dish, and less than an hour is needed to prepare the goulash. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Step 1

1. You can use any meat for preparing goulash. I decided to use pork—it's not only tasty but also quick to cook.

Step 2

2. Cut the meat into medium-sized cubes and fry in a pan. Use vegetable oil for frying. Cook the pork until it turns light golden.

Step 3

3. Gradually add the onion and carrot (some prefer to sauté the vegetables separately and then add them to the meat), and finally add tomato paste. Pour in a glass of boiled or purified water, add spices, cover with a lid, and simmer over low heat for about 25–35 minutes.

Step 4
