
Tatar-style Kubadeya
Description
Other recipes are currently new additions to our menu. I'd like to share one of them. Described below. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

First, prepare the dough. Grate the margarine on a grater. Mix it with flour, kefir, and baking powder. Knead the dough. Divide it into two unequal parts. Place them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Boil the eggs hard for the filling. Finely chop them.

Pour boiling water over the raisins and let them soak for 10-15 minutes. Then rinse them thoroughly.

Cook the rice until done and let it cool.

Roll out the larger part of the dough into a "pancake". Place it into a deep baking dish, letting the edges hang over the sides. Lightly grease the dish with oil.

Place half of the rice as the first layer.

Then place the short, followed by the eggs.

Then add the remaining rice and raisins.

Cut the butter into pieces and place them on top of the raisins.

Roll out the second part of the dough. Use it to cover the pie. Tuck the edges of the bottom dough up and over the top.

Seal the edges neatly. Remove excess dough. From the leftovers, I made a decorative inscription. Beat the yolk with milk and brush the pie with this mixture.

Bake the hubadeya at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
