Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. If you've never tried this version of the dish before, you'll be surprised by the combination of ingredients inside the dough. But after just one bite, you'll want more. In the meantime, read on. Can be served with tea or coffee.

In one container, rub together 250 g of soft butter with flour. In another, combine kefir with baking powder. Mix both mixtures together.

Knead the dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes, covered with a towel, in a warm place.

Place the cottage cheese with sugar and a tablespoon of butter in a frying pan. Leave the mixture over low heat until all the moisture has completely evaporated, about 40 minutes.

At the same time, cook the rice until done, and boil the eggs hard.

Fry the minced onion in oil. When it becomes soft, add the minced meat. Fry the ingredients until cooked.

Cool the eggs, peel and finely chop.

Grease the baking pan with the remaining butter. Roll out 2/3 of the dough on its bottom, forming edges.
