Guacamole with Homemade Chips
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to make. It is a Mexican appetizer that works well as a quick, light snack at a party with friends or while watching a movie at home. The pleasant creamy texture of avocado combined with pieces of vegetables makes this dish somewhat similar to a purée. I recommend using tortillas as chips, since lavash is too thin and may break. But as a last resort, lavash will work too. It can be served warm or chilled.
