
Guacamole by Jamie Oliver
Description
The most common pairing with Jamie Oliver's guacamole is nacho chips, which you can make at home. By mixing different flavors—sour, spicy, and aromatic—the guacamole turns out incredibly fragrant and appetizing. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.

Prepare the specified ingredients.

Rinse the tomatoes in water, cut out the cores from the fruits, and dice the tomatoes into small cubes. Place the chopped tomatoes in the blender container. Rinse and finely chop the hot chili pepper, removing the seeds, and add to the blender container.

Cut the avocado in half, peel off the skin, and remove the pit. Dice the flesh and add it to the container with the diced tomatoes.

Rinse the fresh herbs, chop them, and add them to the same mixture. If desired, you can use a little celery leaves.

Season with salt and pepper, squeeze the lime juice, pour in vegetable oil, preferably cold-pressed olive oil.

Pulse everything for 1–2 minutes, but do not blend it into a paste. The guacamole should contain pieces of tomato and avocado.
