Description
The sauce takes just a few minutes to prepare. "Bazhe" sauce is a classic of Georgian cuisine. It is most commonly served with meat or fish. If desired, chicken broth can be used instead of water. The sauce turns out very aromatic and delicious. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

To prepare Georgian walnut sauce "Bazhe," start by placing the shelled walnuts into the blender bowl and grinding them, or passing them through a meat grinder.

We peel the garlic and crush it with a knife. Transfer the ground nuts to a convenient container and begin rubbing them with the back of a spoon until they release oil.

Peel the onion, finely chop and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Then add chopped coriander and cook everything together in the pan for another one to two minutes.

Add the mashed garlic and spices to the nut paste, pour in the vinegar, and mix thoroughly, grinding well. Add the fried onion with cilantro, then transfer the entire mixture to a blender and grind thoroughly, adjusting the consistency with water.
