Georgian bread

60 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Georgian bread can be not only a side dish to the main course or soup, but also a standalone dish—appetizer to wine or beer. Preparing Georgian bread at home is very easy. By the way! In this recipe, I use a mixture of mozzarella and ricotta cheese, but actually you can simply use suluguni. The thing is, at that moment I couldn't find suluguni on the shelf, although it is generally available. Good luck! Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
