Pears in Brandy
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The essential condition is that the pears must be ripe, soft, and juicy, because firm, unripe fruits simply won't absorb the cognac-honey syrup and will remain hard. And of course, you should use high-quality alcohol :) Only then will you get the maximum pleasure from this dessert! So, here's how to do it. Serve chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Wash the pears, dry them, and peel.
- 2
Step 2

Pour the cognac into a small saucepan and heat to 80°C. Add honey to the cognac and stir until completely dissolved. Place the pears into the syrup, cover the container with a lid, and let cool completely.
- 3
Step 3

Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
- 4
Step 4

Remove the pears onto a flat plate and arrange attractively. Pour over the brandy syrup.
