Pears in caramel
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Here is a simple recipe for making caramelized pears. Peel the pear and remove the seeds. Place it in the microwave together with sugar and butter for 5 minutes. Take it out, add cream, and put the plate (without the pear) back into the microwave for another 1 minute. Enjoy! The ready dessert can now be served.

Step 1
Take a pear and peel it with a vegetable peeler. Carefully remove the seeds from the bottom using a sharp knife. Place sugar on a plate, put the pear on it, and arrange pieces of butter around the pear. Put the plate in the microwave for 5–7 minutes.

After 5 minutes, take out the plate, transfer the pear to another plate, add a spoonful of cream to the sugar and butter, and put it back in the microwave for 1 minute.
