Description

An original and savory dessert. Cut the pears in half and remove the cores. Mix honey, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Brush the fruit with this glaze and bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Then turn the pears hollow-side up, fill the cavities with grated cheese, and return to the oven for another 5 minutes, until the cheese melts. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped pistachios and serve.
