Pear tart
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. A tart is essentially very similar to a sweet pizza. This pie is made with shortcrust pastry. As a filling, you can use anything your heart desires. This time, I decided to make a pear tart. The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. Wash the pears. Sift the flour through a sieve.
- 2
Step 2

Chop the butter, add flour and salt to the butter. Mix the mixture.
- 3
Step 3

In a separate bowl, beat the egg. Add water and sugar, then mix. Slowly pour the resulting mixture into the container with butter and flour. Knead the dough.
- 4
Step 4

Cover the resulting mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 40 minutes.

Step 5

Roll out the dough thinly (3-4 mm thick). Transfer it to a prepared baking pan. Wash and peel the pears, remembering to remove the seeds. Slice the pears thinly. Arrange the slices neatly on the dough in a fan pattern. Place small pieces of butter over the pears to prevent the fruit from drying out during baking. Sprinkle everything with cinnamon and sugar.

Step 6

Preheat the oven to 190-200 degrees. Place the pie inside and bake for 25-30 minutes. Watch the color of the pears: once they turn golden, the pear tart is ready to be taken out.
