Pear juice for winter storage
Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. My recipe is very simple, as it uses a juicer. You won't need to boil the fruits and then strain them through a sieve. If you enjoy such juices, you can make juice from different pear varieties, adding other fruits as well. Store the finished juice in a pantry or cellar. Serve chilled.

2. Place the fruits in the juicer and extract pear juice. You can mix it with sugar if it's not sweet enough for your taste.

3. Wash the jars in advance, dry them thoroughly, pour the juice into the jars, and place them in a pot of boiling water with a towel on the bottom. Sterilize the jars for 20 minutes.
