Gluten-free pear pie
Description
The baking is simple and quick. If you don't have almond flour on hand, don't worry. You can use roasted nuts and grind them in a blender. If the dough is too crumbly and difficult to shape, you can add a little cold water. By the way, it's very convenient to make a gluten-free pear pie at home using a pre-baked ready-made crust, which can be prepared in advance. The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.

3. Prepare a heat-resistant baking dish. Place the crumb mixture into the dish and shape it into a crust. Working with this dough is a pleasure—it's pliable and holds together well. Now place the dish in the oven for about 12–15 minutes, until the crust turns slightly golden. You can cover the dough with a sheet of parchment paper and place beans or peas on top to prevent the crust from rising during baking.
