Pear pie
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. The pie requires just a few simple ingredients that you always have in your fridge. The batter is creamy and aromatic, easily spreading in a ceramic pan; my pan is 20 cm in diameter. You'll need about 3 or 4 pears, depending on their size. Everything is easy and straightforward—check out the recipe. Serve with tea or coffee.
